Starting today, August 2, Windows 365 is available, a new cloud service for organizations that lets you use Windows 10 or Windows 11 (after the official release) on any device from the cloud. Companies can instantly boot into corporate cloud PCs and broadcast their desktops, business applications, data and settings, including collaboration and content sharing over the shared Windows 365 network. The virtual operating system runs directly in the browser and runs on remote servers.
Windows 365 is offered in two editions: Business and Enterprise, with a maximum group connection of 300 employees. Pricing is based on the number of vCores and the amount of RAM and file storage. Hybrid benefits allow you to apply existing licenses to Microsoft cloud services, be it Office, OneDrive, or the Microsoft 365 bundled suite, but third-party software for Windows 10 and Windows 11 is also supported. Service is platform independent, so compatibility is unlimited – right up to deployment on Mac, iPad, Linux and Android.
