This Wednesday (15) the Ministry of Economy is going to hold a real estate fair in Brasília for the sale of 88 properties. Functional apartments and land in the Plano Piloto and a house in Lago Sul, an upscale region of the federal capital, will be offered.
According to the ministry, the Proposal for the Acquisition of Real Estate (PAI) will be disclosed at the auction, which allows any person, natural or legal, to present proposals for the purchase of real estate from the Union.
In November, the edition of Feirão de Imóveis SPU+ took place in Belo Horizonte. There were 139 properties with the greatest potential for sale. In October, the Ministry of Economy held a fair in São Paulo with a list of 1,030 properties with the greatest potential for sale drawn up by the Secretariat for Coordination and Governance of the Union’s Heritage (SPU).
In August a similar fair was held in Rio de Janeiro. At the time, 118 proposals were received for 21 properties.
