Apple TV+ showed scenes from the next episodes of its new series “Monarch: Legacy of Monsters” at CCXP23 this Sunday (3).
The scenes include many giant creatures, destruction of internationally known monuments and a fight between the monsters Godzilla and Rodan [monstro voador que apareceu em “Godzilla II: Rei dos Monstros” (2019)].
Despite the number of high-action elements, no details or additional information about the events were explained after the excerpts shown.
The series, which premiered on November 17, has only released five episodes so far. New chapters are being released on Fridays. The screening took place after a panel with the series’ stars and producers.
Among them were actors Kurt Russell, Wyatt Russell, Anna Sawai, Kiersey Clemons and Ren Watabe, as well as showrunner Chris Black (“Ruptura”; “Star Trek: Enterprise”; “Outcast”) and producers Tory Tunnell and Joby Harold .

The series follows the story of two brothers who follow in their father’s footsteps to discover their family’s connection to the secret organization called Monarch.
The plot takes place after a bloody battle between Godzilla and the Titans, which devastated San Francisco, and the revelation that the monsters are real.
The clues that the brothers find lead to the world of monsters. The saga reveals hidden secrets and how epic and shocking events can impact the lives of people around the world.
