N. Androulakis: We invite the citizens to attend our conference

The president of PASOK-KINAL, Nikos Androulakis, addressed an open invitation to the citizens to attend tomorrow’s opening of the party congress at the TAE KWON DO stadium in Faliro and his introductory speech with which his work will open.

In an interview with SKAI, the president of PASOK-Movement for Change said: “It is an open conference. Let them come and watch. We will have open discussion tables. We are trying to make this conference another step. One hundred and eighty thousand members of the faction they chose the name PASOK-Movement for Change 15 days ago, with an unprecedented process, very massive, and it makes me happy because in these first steps the people seem to embrace us. “At the same time, we are taking another step towards the program. And the most important thing is what answers we give to today’s problems.” He added: “I believe that we will make them in the elections feel that they deserve the support they have given us in recent months.”

Regarding the discussion on collaborations, Mr. Androulakis stressed that “they arrogantly put false dilemmas on us, not because they want PASOK, but they want the votes of the Democratic Party. I say: vote for us. I am not a bamboo party. “Democratic Party, in PASOK, is not a vote for Mr. Tsipras and Mr. Mitsotakis. It is a vote for a social democratic government.”

Regarding the assessment of the Prime Minister’s trip to the USA, Mr. Androulakis pointed out that Mr. Mitsotakis’s speech in the Congress was balanced and added that “his visit will be evaluated in the coming months by the behavior of the American government in relation to “with very big geopolitical issues of the wider region and especially with the blackmails of Mr. Erdogan towards NATO for the accession of Finland and Sweden”.

He criticized ND and SYRIZA for being at odds over a conflict, “the fact that the US Congress on the 200th anniversary of the Greek Revolution called on the Prime Minister to speak to honor the Greek people, the sacrifices of the Greek people against the Ottoman yoke and to have a discussion of the conflict of the political system, I consider it unthinkable “.

Regarding Turkey’s behavior, the PASOK-Movement for Change leader pointed out that “it must be understood that” human rights violations inside Turkey, violations of the sovereign rights of neighboring countries, Mr. Erdogan’s blackmail in NATO should not be tolerated. The clear message is that we do not sell weapons to troubled countries. ”
