National Insurance: The new Board of Directors was formed

The Annual Ordinary General Meeting of the sole shareholder “Ethniki Holdings S.à.rl” of the Company proceeded, on Thursday, April 14, 2022, to the election of a new Board of Directors, which consists of the following persons:

The term of office of the members of the Board of Directors will be three years, ie until 14/4/2025.

– Mr. Andrzej Piotr Klesyk has many years of experience as a senior executive in consulting companies and has led PZU, Poland’s largest insurance company. He holds a master’s degree in Economics from the Catholic University of Lublin and a degree in Business Administration from the Harvard Business School.

– Mr. Stavros Konstantas joined the staff of Ethnikis Asfalistikis in 2011 taking on the duties of CFO and leads the management of Ethnikis Asfalistikis since 2016. He holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Athens and holds an Actuarial license.

– Mr. Tassos Anastasiou has many years of experience in senior positions of companies in the insurance industry in the field of strategic planning and data analysis. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Actuarial from the London School of Economics and a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from INSEAD.

– Mr. Stavros Karagrigoriou has many years of experience in financial services and joined the staff of National Insurance in 2016 taking on the role of CFO. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Piraeus and a postgraduate degree in Finance from the University of Strathclyde.

– Mr. Stuart Jeffrey Davies has many years of experience in insurance, reinsurance and auditing companies. He joined the staff of Legal & General Group in 2017, assuming the duties of Group CFO. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Oxford University, St. Louis. Catherine’s College and a member of the Institute of Actuaries in England.

– Mr. Vassilios Mastrokalos has many years of experience in financial services and for a number of years belonged to the staff of the National Bank of Greece. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Athens and a postgraduate degree in Economics from Essex University.

– Mr. Matthew George Alfred Bryant is Managing Director of CVC in Europe and is responsible for sourcing and executing new investments in the financial sector as well as for their supervision. He holds a Master’s degree in Physics from Oxford University, Jesus College.

– Mr. Alexandros Fotakidis is a Partner of CVC and head of its operations in Greece, supervising leading companies and their management teams. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Geography from University College London and a master’s degree in Environmental and Natural Resources Economics from the same University.

– Mr. Konstantinos Rokas is Managing Director of CVC in Greece, with 15 years of experience as an investment strategy consultant and private equity management. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Yale University and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.

– Mr. Peter William James Rutland is Managing Partner and Global Head of CVC Financial Services. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management from Cambridge University and a master’s degree in Business Administration from INSEAD.

– Ms Christina Theofilidi joined the staff of the National Bank of Greece in 2018 and was appointed General Manager of Retail Banking. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Psychology from Swarthmore University and a master’s degree in Business Administration from INSEAD.
