Necrophiliac David Fuller’s Ultimate Horror Story: He Sexually Abused 101 Corpses

He confessed to the sexual abuse of 23 more dead women in hospital morgues the necrophile David Fuller. The 68-year-old pleaded guilty to a further 12 counts of sexual penetration of a corpse and four counts of possession of pornography between 2007 and 2020 at Croydon Crown Court on Thursday.

The former Tunbridge Wells Hospital electrician in the UK, who is already serving a life sentence for murdering two women and sexually abusing the bodies of 78 women, appeared in court to face a further 16 charges.

Fuller had access to all sections of the hospital where he carried out his gruesome acts.

Kent Police said an investigation has led to evidence linking a total of 101 victims and the latest charges relate to a further 23 victims, all of whom were deceased adult women. The 10 have not yet been identified.

Necrophile Fuller was jailed for beating and strangling Wendy Knell, 25, and Caroline Pierce, 20, before sexually assaulting them on two separate occasions in Kent in 1987.

He also recorded himself abusing the bodies, including a 9-year-old girl, two 16-year-olds and a 100-year-old woman, over a 12-year period before his arrest in December 2020, according to the Daily Mail.

Fuller was sentenced to two life terms in December 2021 after pleading guilty to the murders, as well as 51 other charges, including 44 related to victims at morgues between 2002 and November 2020.

His crimes first came to light when he was linked to one of Britain’s “cold” cases, a double murder some 30 years ago. During the investigation, Fuller was linked through a revolutionary DNA method, which led the police to his sick collection of recordings of the abuse of the corpses.

The investigation into his crimes was announced last November and authorities are cooperating with the families of more than 100 dead victims. The first phase of its results is expected to be announced by the end of the year.

It will investigate how Fuller was able to carry out his crimes and “why they went unnoticed”. But that initial research won’t be published until “the first half of next year.”

“The amount of evidence from the investigation continues to increase and the number of witnesses being examined is also much higher than expected,” states a related update on the authorities’ investigation.

The thrice-married Fuller was arrested on December 3, 2020 following advances in DNA testing. But the police realized the true extent of his crimes when they uncovered what was hidden in his house. Stored on hard drives were videos and photos he had taken of himself abusing dozens of women and girls in hospital morgues where he worked as an electrician.

Fuller waited for morgue staff to finish their shift before accessing the coolers where the bodies were stored. The bodies, some of which he abused more than once, included three who were under the age of 18 at the time of their deaths. Some others were over 85 years old.

The court was told he used mortuary records to find details of the victims and recorded them in his own notebooks, and also allegedly looked up some of his victims on Facebook. He was still working when he was arrested and had access to all hospital departments through his card.
