Netanyahu will testify on December 2 in his trial on corruption charges

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will testify on December 2 in his trial on corruption charges, as the court yesterday rejected his request for a further postponement, according to Israeli media. Political analyst Amit Segal, who is considered to be close to Netanyahu, reported the news to the Channel 12 television network, without citing his sources. As Segal said, the prime minister will not try once more to postpone his testimony. Netanyahu’s defense team asked for another delay, stressing that the prime minister cannot prepare for testimony, which begins on December 2, because of time pressures to manage the multi-front war the country is in.
