On Thursday (6), Netflix announced a series of new animations to the catalogue. Amongst them, two new productions from the SpongeBob universe and a new film by Vicky Jenson director of “Shrek”.
“Plankton: The Movie” will be the solo film for the character Plankton. According to the streaming service, which has already released a photo of the film, the premiere is scheduled for 2025.
Another film in the world of the famous sea sponge will focus on the character Sandy. “Sandy Cheeks’ Mission” premieres on August 2 and images have also been released. Look:
Photos of “Bewitched”, a feature film by Vicky Jenson (“Shrek”) were shared via streaming. The film does not yet have a release date, but it will arrive in 2024.
In a special trailer, the streaming service also announced other animated films, in addition to the arrival of new seasons of series already in the catalog.
Films such as “The Twits”, “Twilight of the Gods” and the Christmas film “That Christmas” and seasons of “Big Mouth”, “Jurassic World: Chaos Theory and “Arcane” are among those released.
