The satisfactory course recorded by the company in recent years, with positive signs in the balance sheets and continuous growth, was reflected in the new business contract, the signing of which ensures the labor acquis of employees, offers significant new benefits and creates value on the part of the company in business level, contributing to its further development, the company states in a relevant announcement and adds:
The crucial agreement for both parties provides for an increase in the minimum wage by 12.3%, specific salary scales depending on the job, which also includes the newly hired after the first year of work, productivity bonus in sales executives, development in the hierarchy based on the qualifications and the evaluation system, as well as updating of the internal operating regulations.
In addition, the new contract reflects the anthropocentric way of governing MEVGAL, which is a strategic choice and is carried out with institutionalized actions of empowerment of staff and their families, such as financial assistance € 1000 for each child they acquire (is an extension of the financial support institution 3 (valid since 2003), a cash prize of € 1000 for the children of employees admitted to higher education (also valid since 2003), an honorary gift of € 1000 for each employee who retires with 35 years of service, events to strengthen employee relations.
