Suzuki has introduced a new generation of the SX4 crossover, which is better known in Europe as the SX4 S-Cross. The novelty retained the same platform and dimensions (4300 × 1785 × 1585 mm), but received a new front end design and full LED optics.
There are few changes inside. Most notably, the new infotainment system with a 9-inch screen now sits above the dashboard. The dashboard remains analog. For an additional fee, instead of the rear camera, they offer a surround view system.

The updated Suzuki SX4 will first be available in Europe (until the end of this year). There, as a basic version, buyers will be offered a crossover with a turbocharged 1.4 Boosterjet engine (129 hp) with a manual transmission or automatic. The car will come with a 48-volt starter-generator that adds an extra 14 hp. in the first seconds of acceleration. A hybrid version of the Suzuki SX4 should still appear in 2022, and in another three years – an all-electric version.
As for Russia, the new Suzuki SX4 will arrive in the country after the European launch. Crossover specifications for the Russian market will be announced later.
