Experiencing an ever-changing technological and social era, man is called upon to find the “you”, focusing on his constant development, says Nikolas, who hails from Naoussa, Iathia, a former commercial capital and now a city of wine. This prompted him to begin his studies in International Trade and Business Administration MBA, won him over as “The Man”, and so he decided to continue his academic journey in Psychology, Coaching and Human Resource Management, receiving the first prize in 2020. at the Education Awards.
Initially as a finalist and later as a member of the ReGeneration team, the largest program of personal and professional development of young graduates in Greece, he was given the opportunity to actively participate in the mapping, evaluation and training of thousands of young people in the country.
At the same time, he joined forces with Asterios Kritikos (over 30), developing OVIVIEW, an online interview platform (ATS – SaaS), which facilitates the recruitment process for both employers and young people, providing objective and equitable treatment of candidates, enhancing the accessibility and proper use of their personal data. The platform won first prize in the John & Mary Pappajohn Competition and to date has established partnerships with businesses and universities at home and abroad. At the same time, it focuses on creating a truly simple and efficient UX (User Experience) to promote the solution educationally, helping our country’s digital goals in the context of the 4th Industrial Revolution (4IE).
In 2021, through OVIVIEW, Nicholas won the first prize in the GSEA innovation competition of EO Greece – Entrepreneurs’ Organization. The correlation of business, people and technology also made him a member of SYNTAX IT GROUP as a Development Coach, a company with more than 37 years of experience in the field of information technology in Greece and the Arabian Gulf, while developing In For Coach. A new platform developed by Nikolas, which intends to change the data in the acquisition of work and academic information.
Methodology: Out of the more than 100 nominations collected by “Forbes” – either through applications of the interested parties themselves or through proposals from institutions and competent bodies – the editorial team made a first selection and came up with 50. The jury, which consisted of Mr. Spyros Theodoropoulos (CEO of Chipita), Nikos Karamouzis (former President of Eurobank and the Hellenic Banking Association, President of Grant Thornton), Michalis Bletsas (Director of Informatics at MIT Media Lab), Theocharos Filipos Capital.gr, president of Attica Publications), evaluated the 50 candidacies with scores from 1 (lowest) to 4 (highest), based on which the final ranking was formed. The order of publication is defined according to the members’ rating (from highest to lowest) and then alphabetically. Conditions for participation in the list “Forbes 30 Under 30 Greece 2022” were met by those born from 1/1/1992 onwards.
