A menu will delight the palate ranging from raw fish and meat, marinated and tartare, to surprising first and second courses up to very high quality cuts of meat. Thin and crunchy pizzas that enhance delicious fillings complete the proposal to which they are added every week two special dishes suggested by the chef.
But the real highlight is the wine list: 120 labels, including a large selection of Grandi Vigne, the brand created by Iper La grande i which brings together the excellent wines of small Italian producers. In line with the Iper philosophy of quality accessible to all, at Ventisette the wines are offered at the same price as the shelf in the store, and can be purchased in the dining room by contacting the restaurant sommelier directly.

To embrace this taste experience, a refined and design environment designed by the architect Alessandro Ghiringhelli. The key element is the bottle rack which frames the open kitchen at the entrance to the restaurant and which, by arranging 975 bottles neatly, creates an exhibition corridor leading to the main room.
The restaurant, which seats 120 indoors and 60 outdoors, is open every day from 12:00 to 15:00 and from 19:00 to 23:00, while the wine bar is open all day from 10 : 30 to 22:00.
