In his written statement, Mr. Saner added that the three-party “government” was formed on December 8, 2020 with the cooperation protocol signed by the 3 parties at the time. and received a vote of confidence in the “parliament” on December 19. Their main goal, he said, was to get through the pandemic and the economic consequences with as little difficulty as possible, believing that “we have succeeded in both”.

He also states that the lack of a quorum in the “parliament” prevents the “government” from producing work and meeting the various needs but also to respond to the “legislative” work.

As a last resort, he noted that the proposal he made with good intentions – as he said – to set a date for early “parliamentary” was rejected by his interlocutors in this “parliament” “we did not see the necessary understanding and support.”
