DxOMark has published a detailed screen test of the OnePlus 8T smartphone, which scored 89 points, tied for second place with the Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G based on Exynos 990.
The first place is held by Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G on Snapdragon 865+ with a score of 90 points. The OnePlus 8T managed to outperform the iPhone 12 Pro Max and OnePlus 8 Pro, which received 88 points each.
A DxOMark review says the OnePlus 8T has excellent color reproduction, images are very smooth, and the display responds instantly and accurately to touch. Compared to the OnePlus 8 Pro, the new smartphone received 70 points for video processing (against 66 for its predecessor). He also has a sufficient margin of brightness to ensure that the image is readable in any light.
The OnePlus 8T was released in October 2020 and features a 6.55-inch AMOLED screen with 1080 x 2400 pixels and 120Hz refresh rate. This display has received the highest rating (A +) and the DisplayMate laboratory praise.
