Two thousand one hundred and ten shareholders responded positively to the dividend reinvestment program (scrip dividend), OPAP announced, “choosing to reinvest in the company, resulting in participation in the program amounting to 67.68% of the total share capital excluding own shares.”
It is noted that Sazka Group, the largest shareholder in OPAP, also chose to participate in the reinvestment program with all the shares it controls. As a result of the full participation in the reinvestment program, the current participation percentage of Sazka Group amounts to 46.86% of the total share capital.
It is noted that on Wednesday, November 10, 2021, the dividend will be paid and at the same time 1,700,334 new shares will be traded.
