PF fulfills warrant against young man suspected of apology for Nazism in Paraná

The Federal Police (PF) is serving this Wednesday (17) a search and seizure warrant at the residence of a student of the Federal Institute of Paraná (IFPR), investigated for the commission of crimes of incitement to racism, transmission of swastika images, from Nazi and white supremacist ideals on social media.

According to the investigation, carried out by agents of the Paranaguá, Paraná, police station, the young man had been spreading images containing derogatory and contemptuous messages about the Jewish people.

In addition, the young man called himself a “reincarnated German Nazi” and shared videos and images of the massacres that took place in the cities of Suzano, São Paulo, in 2019, and in Columbine, in the United States, which took place in 1999.

According to agents, he praised the attacks carried out. The young man had his electronic devices seized by the investigation team and was heard at the PF police station in Paranaguá.

With content analysis, the PF can complete investigations or even identify others involved.

If proven to have committed the crimes, the youth will be indicted by the PF and may face up to five years of imprisonment and a fine, in addition to any other crimes that can be identified from the searches carried out on Wednesday.
