Pfizer CDI Digital Rotational Program continues for the 2nd year

For the second year in a row, the Digital Rotational Program, which is evolving into an institution, brings to the Pfizer Digital Innovation Center (CDI) 4 young people, graduates of Greek universities, who will have the opportunity to get to know Pfizer’s Digital Organization through various roles and jobs, making the perfect start to their careers.

The Digital Rotational Program of CDI proves the constant and practical support of Pfizer to the new generation and the young professionals of our country, who are looking for job opportunities in an international environment with challenges in the dynamic field of innovation and digital technology.

The Program, implemented by Pfizer in the USA, started successfully last year in Thessaloniki and this year is aimed at young people from all over Greece, promoting the culture of continuous learning and personal development through the integration of 4 graduates of Greek universities at Pfizer, where they will work for two consecutive years in four different jobs (6 months each) in order to develop their skills in areas such as: Software Engineering, Technical Architecture, Information Security and Data Analytics. At the end of the 2 years the participants in the program will choose the role they want according to their interests and development prospects but also based on the needs of the company. The selected candidates will have an indefinite contract with the company and will have to work in Thessaloniki.

The Digital Rotational Program is designed to provide flexibility and encourage the development of new skills, giving participants the opportunity to discover their skills and interests in practice in conjunction with the organization’s needs for jobs.

The selection of participants is based on their academic performance and CV, resulting in Pfizer’s commitment to promoting an environment that supports acceptance of diversity and evolution through continuous learning, and with the support of the academic community. The program focuses on graduates of schools of technology, computer science, electrical engineering and science.

“For the second year, we welcome to the Pfizer family graduates of Greek universities, talented young people who will have the special opportunity at the beginning of their career to gain valuable experiences from the operation of the Digital Innovation Center,” said Nico Gariboldi, Head of CD , and concluded: “From the first moment of the operation of CDI in Thessaloniki, we invest in the capabilities and talents of the Greek ecosystem. And we are happy to create an institution that highlights this priority and gives opportunities to the country’s talents.”

Applications will be accepted until 27/5/2022.
