We have to have Brazilian state policy and he has his state policy. We have to sit at the table, each one defending their interests”, declared President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT) this Tuesday (21).
The president spoke at a graduation ceremony for new Itamaraty diplomats, in Brasília. “We have to reach an agreement. This is the art of democracy. It’s up to us to reach an agreement”, added Lula.
