The Federal Police complied on Thursday (13) three search and seizure warrants for involvement in the attack on the settlement of the MST in Tremembé, in the interior of São Paulo. The attack took place on January 10th.
The action is part of Operation Fair Harvest, with warrants fulfilled in the cities of Taubaté and Juazeiro/BA. Materials, documents and electronic devices were seized that will be submitted to criminal expertise.

The Secretariat of Public Security (SSP) reported that a man was approached on the spot and arrested in the act for illegal possession of the weapon.
Police arrested Antonio Martins, known as “Nero do Piseiro”, suspected of heading the attack on Saturday afternoon (11). He already had an illegal possession of a firearm and confessed to the crime.
The investigators also requested the arrest of Italo Rodrigues da Silva, reported by Antonio. suspected of having participated in the attack.
