Pope Francis recently returned to the Vatican, after examinations to which he was subjected today at the Gemelli Hospital in Rome.
According to information cited by the Athens News Agency, the pontiff underwent a nuclear medicine examination, which checks the condition of bodily organs. The whole examination took about forty minutes.

Last March, Pope Francis he had been admitted to the same hospital because of acute bronchitis. At the same time, it is recalled that the pope suffers from chronic knee pain and now often uses a wheelchair for his movements.
