Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping will discuss the war in Ukraine and Russian -American relations on Thursday in Moscow, the Kremlin said today. “The most important issues will be discussed at this individual meeting: Ukrainian and Russian American relations,” Putin’s diplomatic adviser, Yuri Usakov, said at a press conference. The two presidents will issue a common announcement, one will concern bilateral relations and the other the “world strategic stability” and then answer questions. Putin will visit China in early September, Usakov also said. Xi Jinping will take part in the big military parade on the Red Square on Friday for the 80th anniversary of Nazi Germany.
