The Civil Defense of the State of São Paulo issued a warning to the population about the rainy season that has hit the state since last Thursday (21). Occurrences such as roof collapses, walls and falling trees have already been recorded.

The victims were rescued by the Mobile Emergency Care Service (SAMU) in serious condition and taken to Hospital Vicentino.
In Peruíbe, rain accompanied by gusts of wind caused trees to fall and live wires to break. Five tree falls were recorded in the Centro, Parque Daville and Antônio Novaes neighborhoods, all on public roads. There was also a break in an energized cable on Avenida Padre Leonardo Nunes. However, there is no record of victims.
In Bertioga, according to information from the Department of Highways of the State of São Paulo-DER, fallen trees blocked the Mogi-Bertioga and Rio-Santos highways, requiring clearance.
In Guarujá, a city on the coast of São Paulo, rain and winds even caused an interruption in the electricity supply, in addition to 16 tree falls.
