Robert F. Kennedy Jr. said he plans to visit battleground states where his name remains on the ballot as part of a “Make America Healthy Again” tour to support former U.S. President and Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump.
“I will be holding rallies in each of these states over the next 61 days,” Kennedy told NewsNation on Wednesday (4).
RFK Jr. withdrew his name from the ballot in several key states for November’s US presidential election, but faced obstacles in Michigan, Wisconsin and North Carolina.
Asked if he would campaign alongside Trump, Kennedy said yes.
“Certainly, I will probably be doing rallies with him and other members of the team. We are co-planning rallies, such as the ‘Make America Healthy Again’ rallies and also ‘anti-corruption’ rallies with the Trump campaign,” Kennedy said.
“I will be campaigning side by side with Trump and members of his family and campaign,” he added.
In late August, RFK Jr. announced that he was suspending his independent presidential campaign and declared his support for Trump.
