The drinks, by the way, shine on the menu. On the second floor, there are two big stars: the bar specializing in classic cocktails and the balcony with high tables, great for a drink at the end of the day or enjoying a sunny Saturday with friends – and even your dog, as the space is pet friendly.

A painting by the plastic artist completes the environment. André Clemente who told the story of the Negroni through his work, mentioning the Camillo Negroni who is considered to be the creator of the cocktail.

“We made a balcony so people can drink outside. The idea is that, just like in Italy, customers leave work, come here for an aperitif or two, have a snack and then return home”, says Mario.

On the menu, served on both floors of the house, the fried Gnhocco starter is one of the great attractions: the pizza dough is fried and covered with raw ham, arugula, watercress, breaded grana, pickled red onion, fresh ricotta and gremolata. ; or the bologna version with pistachios, arugula, watercress, breaded money, lemon zest and balsamic reduction (R$69).
