US Secretary of State Marko Rubio said Tuesday that Russia was expecting to announce its terms of a possible truce in Ukraine “within a few days”. “At a given moment, probably soon, perhaps in a few days, probably within the week, the Russian side will present the terms it wants to see” to be fulfilled to declare a truce, Mr Rubio said, addressing a Senate committee. The leader of US diplomacy explained that the timetable he mentioned comes from both the Monday of President Donald Trump with his counterpart Vladimir Putin and his own conversation on the weekend with Russian Foreign Minister.
