Russian Post has launched a new service available to organizations. Now the company can digitize incoming paper correspondence for its customers and transmit it to the addressee in electronic form.

In this case, two options are available: sending scanned digital copies or uploading these copies to the client’s internal document management system. The second option is available if the company or government agency is integrated with the Russian Post IT systems.
For those who decide to use the new service, a non-disclosure agreement is provided, since in the process of digitization, of course, postal employees will have access to the documents being processed.
Tariffs for the new service range from 4.8 rubles to 60 rubles per page. The Russian Post says that the new service will allow some organizations to save about 30% of the funds spent on digitization. In addition, the service shortens the delivery time of correspondence.
