Russian users of Binance began to complain about the blocking of accounts

Some users of the Binance crypto exchange in Russia reported that their accounts were blocked. Representatives of the platform assure that most of the complaints have already been processed and accounts have been unblocked.

Chat in Telegram, created by an initiative group of affected users, at the moment
has about 500 participants. Many of its participants complain about the long time it takes to process complaints.

Representatives of the platform, present in the chat, leave that we are not talking about any mass account ban and remind that the platform serves more than 120 million customers worldwide. Among all users, there are certainly those whose accounts were blocked for various reasons. All complaints and appeals to technical support are taken into account and are being considered, assure those who represent themselves as Binance employees. According to a significant part of the applications, users, judging by the correspondence, are indeed unlocked. However, the processing time of several days does not suit the victims.

In case the client encounters a block, he is advised to contact the official support service of the exchange and patiently wait for a response. Binance staff explains that the length of time it takes to resolve an issue depends on the specific reason for the block. Since all cases are considered on an individual basis.

The other day, representatives of American law enforcement agencies reported that Binance was one of the largest counterparties to the Bitzlato exchange that raised their questions.
