Ryan Reynolds Is “Surprised” Disney Allowed “Deadpool & Wolverine”

Ryan Reynolds said he was “surprised” that Disney allowed “Deadpool & Wolverine” had such a high rating.

In the USA, the film was classified in the R category (which does not allow unaccompanied teenagers under the age of 17).

“I hope this doesn't sound condescending, I'm really proud of them [da Disney] for doing that,” Reynolds said in an interview with Fandango. “It’s a big step for them, it adds a whole new color to this kaleidoscopic wheel that is that company and the different people they’ve been entertaining forever.”

“But I was surprised they let us go… so far,” he added.

According to the actor, “there was no other way” to make the film with these characters. “This allowed us to have a lot of freedom. Not exploiting the high rating just to do things that would justify censorship, but allowing us to do anything and everything.”

Directed by Shawn Levy, the film's cast also includes Emma Corrin, Morena Baccarin, Rob Delaney, Leslie Uggams, Karan Soni It is Matthew Macfadyen .

“Deadpool & Wolverine” has premiere scheduled for July 25th in Brazilian cinemas. According to the director of “X-Men: The Prime Class”, Matthew Vaughn, the film will “save the entire Marvel cinematic universe”.
