In this month of March, the guest of the time will be A.MAR Project , conceived by four friends and passionate beachgoers at Bonete beach, in Ilhabela, on the north coast of São Paulo. The project, whose main objective is to value artisanal fishing in traditional communities, invades the Sede261 sidewalk with special delicacies.

This is the case of the Tuna Burger, with tuna coming directly from Fortaleza, rated 3A1+ and freshly ground, prepared over wood coals and served with Quina Pé cheese from Morro Japi, on brioche bread and with bottarga and wasabi mayonnaise ( BRL 49).

The Kebab Fish, made with several unconventional species, from the white and blue fish group, caught in Ilhabela at Bonete, is marinated in paprika, nutmeg, peppers, dehydrated clove lemon and white wine. They were cold-smoked in the A.MAR Project laboratory and served Greek barbecue style, straight from the skewer in pita bread with yogurt and cucumbers (R$49).

For the event, the pair of sommelières selected a sea of ​​wines by the glass among whites, rosés, oranges and reds.

In addition to snacks, there will be a shop with products from the A.MAR Project, such as T-shirts made especially for the occasion (R$90), preserves, anchovies, smoked meats, charcuterie, among others.
