She went to rob him on the first date with two men – The online dating turned into a nightmare

We all have a horrible experience from someone appointmentwith some stories being funny and others “scary”, but one man actually experienced an unpleasant incident, as he became a victim robbery.

In particular, he was particularly unlucky in the online date he had arranged, as the beautiful evening soon turned into a nightmare, after the woman he went out with tried to rob him with two other people.

According to thesun.co.ukit all started when the 23-year-old Gemma Frost met him online Christopher Stanley in May 2020 and they started talking. First, the man he lent about 250 euros to the woman he just metwith her asking for extra money, because she wanted to “give it to a friend of hers”.

Christopher he refused to lend Gemma any more money as they had just metso they arranged to meet for the first time on June 3, 2020, with the 23-year-old putting forward her plan.

The date that ended in a robbery

On 3 June 2020 everything went smoothly, with Gemma driving her car to Christopher’s house to pick him up and they headed to Manor Way in Cardiff.

During the journey, however, two men approached the vehicle and the 23-year-old woman began to slow downwhile she turned to Christopher and said they looked “scary” to her.

So she he stopped the vehicle next to the “unknown” men and turned off the engine.

“One of them was wearing a hood up and a surgical mask. The other wore a tracksuit with the hood up and a piece of cloth wrapped around his neck. The two men were coming from the intersection and, to the surprise of the victim, Ms. Frost drove to the curb and stopped near these two men and turned off the engine,” said the prosecutor of the case.

Then, the two men they approached Christopher Stanley and yelled at him to “go back. We will kill you, we will beat you”while they tried to put him in the passenger seat. So, the moment they took him out of the car, he rushed at them and managed to escape. According to the court, “the victim was able to free himself and exit the vehicle“, while “the two men got into the car and left with the woman”.

In fact, after a while she calmly called and asked him why he left the car and why he didn’t come back to continue their date.

The court’s decision

Christopher Stanley quickly contacted the Police and the authorities arrested only the 23-year-old, who was charged. She he did not name the two mennor did he disclose evidence so that they could be prosecuted.

According to her, “she had relationships with people much older than her“, involved in “suspicious activities” and the “they forced him to stage the robbery”, when they learned that “the man she was going to date has money”.

So, sentenced to 18 months in prison suspended for 18 monthswhile he will also have to complete 150 hours of community service.
