The sheriff’s office also said that Ethan’s father, James, had bought the weapon used in the deadly attack just four days earlier, on Black Friday.

The charges against Crabley were dropped include one charge of terrorism that caused death and four counts of first-degree murder; said the prosecutor during a press briefing. “It is possible that more charges will be filed very soon,” he said.
