Sierra Leone: 91 killed in fuel tanker blast

A total of 91 people were killed in the capital Sierra Leone when A tanker carrying fuel exploded after a collision, became known by the central morgue and local authorities.

The bodies were taken to Freetown State Mortuary, the capital of Sierra Leone, after a fuel tanker exploded in the early hours of this morning, the director of the morgue, Sineh Kamara, told Reuters.

According to Agence France-Presse, the explosion occurred at a fuel depot in the Freetown industrial zone.
