In particular, http://mapsportal.ypen.gr is an electronic application for the dissemination of geospatial information in the form of digital maps, archives and internet services (102 maps and 565 thematic levels -among others- for the natural and structured environment, environmental licensing, spatial planning) and are freely available on the internet to all citizens.
It is noted that no financial resources were spent for the development of the application, as all the design and implementation was done by employees of the General Directorate of e-Government and Geospatial Information of the Ministry.
