Sister’s revenge: Killed her twin’s father, son-in-law and father-in-law – The chilling message before the crime

A 31-year-old optician is reported to took revenge for the twin sister her and everything she was going through, killing the young woman’s father, husband and father-in-law, even leaving a chilling message to social media before killing herself with the same gun.

Khosay Sharifi, according to Daily Mailclaimed that her twin sister he had abused as throughout the 14-year marriage her – which their relatives were unaware of – which led her to shoot her father Mohamad Sharifi, 66, her son-in-law Sanjar Halin, 34, and his father, Abdul Halin, 56 before he killed himself during the carnage last Tuesday afternoon, according to Essex District Attorney Jonathan Blodgett’s office.

Her twin sister’s father and husband were in the same Lynn, Massachusetts home when they died shortly before 3 p.m. Less than ten minutes later, Sharifi posted a chilling message on her Facebook page. Facebookarguing that her father had also “verbally and financially abused” her mother.

She also said her twin sister’s husband, believed to be the 34-year-old man who was shot, had “choked, slapped, kicked and cursed” her before “punching her in the face”.

The post specifically said: “My parents & his parents knew all these years but didn’t do much other than say ‘find them’, ‘what will people say if you break up’ or even blame the victims. I’m trying to say all of this as nicely as I can so my post doesn’t get deleted. There is no excuse for what he did. It kept doing it because no one was doing anything about it. How long did she think he would spare her? They don’t realize that abuse can affect someone not only physically but also mentally. No form of abuse is okay.”

Sharifi was discovered dead in her car in the parking lot of a Stop and Shop on Washington Street at 4:30 p.m., about a mile from his first location crime on Rockaway Street.

Police confirmed the gunman shot her father and son-in-law at the property on Rockaway Street, before killing her son-in-law’s father in his minivan on Leighton Street. Witnesses reported hearing up to 20 shots in the first scene.

And the three crime scenes were within a mile radius each other, with the police quickly identifying Sharifi as the killer.

In her message the alleged killer also spoke directly to her sister, writing: “To my sister: I hope you start healing and really teach your daughters that abuse is not ok, as they too saw him slap you . I asked how they felt about it and they said they were scared and didn’t know what to do. Don’t pass this on to your children, as it has been passed on to you. My father has been abusive in the past and verbally but mostly financially abusive towards my mother from what I have personally seen. Maybe that’s why my mother didn’t protect her own daughter, because she is a victim too. But that’s no excuse, how can you let your own daughter be abused.”

Terrified neighbors described seeing the usually quiet street swarmed by Lynn and Massachusetts State Police vehicles, with one saying that the incident was “shocking”.

Essex District Attorney Blodgett confirmed at a press conference that the four people were all relatives and said they were using a translator to speak with relatives. A family friend told DailyMail.com that they were shocked to hear about the incident and that it was “not in (Khosay’s) nature to be a murderer”. They noted, however, that the sisters had a “tough upbringing” and that “Khosay probably couldn’t take it anymore and that triggered her because she didn’t want her nieces to follow that pattern.”

The family created a page GoFundMe to collect the amount of 20,000 dollars for the funeral of its four deceased members, while so far it has collected more than 14,000 dollars.

The Sharifi family posted on the page: “We have lost four loved ones under devastating and unpredictable circumstances. Time and time again, mental health proves to be such a prominent issue in society. Abuse of all types takes a significant toll on those affected and leads to harm and loss in many ways. Our family fell victim to this scenario and now two young children are fatherless. We are absolutely devastated and lost.”
