The week will have typical summer weather for the Southeast states, according to Climatempo meteorologist Maria Clara Sassaki.
THE CNN Radio she pointed out that the weekend was already very hot, with rains that brought inconvenience in the interior of São Paulo and in cities in Minas Gerais, which had half of all the rain forecast for the month.
“In the Southeast, we have rain conditions in all states, in particular the alert is for Minas Gerais and Espírito Santo, which will have more intensity in the showers from Tuesday (24).”
São Paulo and Rio should register late afternoon showers, isolated, and typical of the season.
In the south, Rio Grande do Sul, according to Sassaki, will be influenced by a dry air mass, which “guarantees sun, high temperatures and very little chance of rain.”
Santa Catarina and Paraná, however, should follow the forecast for São Paulo and Rio.
In the Midwest, Goiás, Distrito Federal and Mato Grosso should have constant and frequent rains.
Meanwhile, Mato Grosso do Sul will have high temperatures and rain in the late afternoon.
North and Northeast should have 5 days of significant rainfall in Piauí, Maranhão, Pará, Tocantins and western Bahia.
