SP Industrial offers two CFast Type I card models: the CFX310 Cinema Pro, which uses MLC NAND flash memory, and the CFX510 Cinema X, which uses pSLC technology. The first model is available in sizes up to 512 GB. It claims read speed up to 530 MB / s and write speed up to 330 MB / s. The second is available with a volume of up to 256 GB, and the maximum read and write speeds in its case are 540 MB / s and 450 MB / s, respectively. These cards use SATA 6Gb / s interface.

CFX310 and CFX510 memory cards are designed to withstand extreme conditions. They are protected from vibration (variable acceleration up to 15g at a frequency of 10-2000 Hz), shocks (acceleration 1500g with a duration of 0.5 ms) and falls from a height of up to 0.75 m. The operating temperature range extends from 0 to 70 ° C.

As for the Cinema EX card, it is equipped with PCIe Gen 3 x2 interface and supports NVMe 1.3 protocol. Its volume reaches 1 TB. The maximum read speed is declared equal to 1700 MB / s, writing – 1500 MB / s. The card, which uses 3D TLC NAND flash memory, has a power protection function. This feature, called SmartFlush, automatically stops receiving commands to avoid data loss if the supply voltage becomes unstable.
