The first article in our special series of executive menu in Sao Paulo brings a list of 10 restaurants offering options by up to BRL 70 in 10 different neighborhoods in the city.

Mila

Located in an unexplored stretch of the Itaim Bibi and with an intimate atmosphere, the house honors the food culture of Italy, incorporating the diverse influences that São Paulo, as a cosmopolitan city, has. The experimental and authentic recipes value seasonal and small-scale ingredients.

During the week, they offer an executive menu where the visitor pays for the main dish chosen from the three options and gets a starter and dessert. For starters, house salad or zucchini, curd and pomegranate to start and dishes such as ribeye roast beef, leaf salad, roasted garlic vinaigrette and tulha (R$ 70), Chicken cacciatore and polenta (R$ 65) or Mezze, butter of turmeric, green leaves and sausage (R$ 60). To finish bread pudding or fruit of the day.

From Tuesday to Friday, there is an executive lunch, which includes a starter (salad of the day or Sarjeta garlic bread), main dish (choose from four protein options – Baby beef, fish of the day, pork rack or chicken drumstick – and two side dishes (biro-biro rice, white rice, pork farofa, sautéed vegetables, french fries and potato salad) and dessert of the day or fruit.

The total price ranges from R$53 (if you choose pork chops or chicken thighs) to R$58 (if you choose baby beef or fish).

O sky hall garden It’s a gastrobar gardens , with Mediterranean cuisine with a focus on Italian cuisine. The chef and partner, Martin Casili, is the one who develops signature dishes, and the drinks are under the command of the mixologist Renan Tarantino.

On the executive menu (R$ 69) there are several options, served from Tuesday to Friday, with a starter, main course and dessert – which can also be replaced by a glass of wine. In the starters Insalata del Giorno and Arancini de funghi secchi, in the main ones: Gnocchi al Pomodoro and Stracciatella: pasta with fresh tomato sauce and gratin burrata cream; Spaghetti Al Polpette, pasta with meatballs with pork fouet and rustic passata; Pappardelle, Sobsada and Mascarpone: fresh pasta, lightly spiced Spanish sausage and creamy Italian cheese; Rigatoni Cacio e Pepe; Lasagna di Melanzana (veggie): vegetarian eggplant lasagna; Paillard de mignon alla milanese and fonduta formaggio: mignon breaded with Brazilian cheese fonduta and arugula salad; Fish of the day and Risotto al limone. Bar Brahma

O Bar Brahma located in center , on the iconic corner of Avenida São João and Ipiranga, offers its customers executive options from Monday to Friday during lunch. Among the house’s daily suggestions is the Contra Filet à Cavalo, served with white rice, beans, fries, grilled sirloin steak, poached egg and salad (R$55).

In the octogenarian mansion of Rua João Moura in Pine trees the chef Natalia Ebone offers options of menu executive , always from Tuesday to Friday, from 12h to 15h. The suggestions change every week, but may include starters such as ricotta seasoned with olive oil and homemade bread and eggplant plus zucchini, rosemary oil and walnuts with homemade bread.

In the main dishes, Milanese accompanied by Sicilian lemon risotto and crispy leek or tomato rice with octopus. It is worth following the social networks of the house to find out about the menu of the week. The values, which are between R$ 62 and R$ 65 are calculated by the price of the dishes and include the week’s starter and dessert.

Zillis Bar Lounge & Restaurant

The Zillis, located in Moema , offers an executive menu starting at R$48 per person. For starters, you can choose between the Tropical Salad, with lettuce, cucumber, kani kama, mango and heart of palm in yogurt sauce, a classic Caesar Salad, or the Mixed Salad, with mixed leaves, tomato and carrot in lemon vinaigrette Sicilian.

For the main dishes, the highlight goes to the classics of the day: on Mondays Grilled Galeto served with rustic mashed potatoes and rice with Sicilian lemon perfume; on Tuesdays, Panceta Mineira with tropeiro beans and cabbage; on Wednesdays, the traditional Feijoada with a light flavor accompanied by rice, steak, cabbage and pork rinds; Thursday is the Cordon Bleu Chicken Supreme, the traditional stuffed with cheese and ham served with Sicilian lemon risotto; to close the week, the Friday menu features a Moqueca Capixaba with white rice, mush and palm farofa.

The executive menu closes with three dessert options: Panna Cotta with red fruits, chocolate mousseline or seasonal fruits.

Vino! Leopoldine

Known for its extensive wine selection, Grupo Vino! has just inaugurated its fourth unit in São Paulo: the Vino! in Vila Leopoldina . The place offers around 270 labels from 12 different countries, developed by small producers, and with the difference that all (without exception) can be consumed in glasses – using the Coravin device. The amount charged per glass is exactly the proportion of the bottle, without extras. Customers can make their selections directly from the shelves displayed in the salon.

From Monday to Friday, the house has the Executive Menu consisting of a starter, main course and dessert for R$59. On Thursdays, after 6pm, it is possible to drink 7 different sparkling wines for R$99.

Le Blé Bread House

French-inspired artisanal bakery headquartered in Higienópolis and branch in Jardins, offers a menu capable of satisfying the most diverse appetites. Breakfast, brunch, snack, lunch or dinner items can be requested at any time of the day.

The house has an executive menu (R$ 65) that can be ordered any day and time (including the weekend). The service allows you to choose a starter, main course and any dessert available in the window.

Among the options to start, highlight the egg with parmesan fonduta and fish roe and the petit steak tartare. In the main stage, the choice may fall on the duck rice, finished with herb farofa and fried or poached egg, or the grilled arapaima fillet, Japanese pumpkin puree with pink lemon and plantain chips. When it comes to sweets, a suggestion is to try the brownie pie with salted caramel, a hit at the bakery.

DoRo Gastronomy

Alligator Brasa and Draft Beer

At the Alligator Brasa and Draft Beer which lies at the heart of Vila Madalena , it is possible to opt for the buffet of salads, carbohydrates and proteins at lunchtime. The suggestion costs R$58.90 and the Buffet option with an additional grilled item costs R$22. As a tradition, for dessert the house offers gelatin with alligator meringue.
