No one has come close to the stars like Terry O’Neill. Husband of Faye Dunaway and great friend of Frank Sinatrathe famous British photographer is celebrated with an exhibition at the gallery Fotografiska of Stockholm, from 18 June to 16 October.
Stars is a retrospective featuring hundreds of iconic images, some of which are being shown for the first time. On display is the abundant production of one of the greatest portrait painters of Hollywood celebrities, royalty and athletes from the 1960s until 2019, the year of his death.
An incredible roundup of stars such as Brigitte Bardot, Mick Jagger, Audrey Hepburn and Frank Sinatra, along with very rare shots of Elvis Presley, Elton John, Liza Minelli and Bianca Jagger.
The collection obviously includes the famous photo of Faye Dunawaygirlfriend of the time, in front of the Beverly Hills Hotel pool the morning after the 197 Academy Awards7, where she was awarded the Oscar for best actress.
