The Ministry of Digital Development, Telecommunications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation (Mintsifry of Russia) announced the launch of a new service on the Gosuslug portal.

From February 21, it is possible to obtain a medical certificate at the State Services based on the results of a test for antibodies to COVID-19. It can be issued only once and only if the user has not previously received a medical certificate of a disease or vaccination.

As noted in the Ministry of Digital Development, before passing the analysis, you need to make sure that this laboratory transmits the results to the State Services. You need to have a passport, SNILS and compulsory medical insurance policy (if any) with you.
Positive results with any level of antibodies (immunoglobulin G) are accepted for issuing a certificate. The certificate is valid for 6 months.
Deputy Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation Oleg Kachanov explained:
A medical certificate based on the results of antibody tests will appear in your personal account at the State Services after submitting an application. The document will be available in both Russian and English. The developed service will empower citizens who have an immune response to COVID-19, but have not officially sought medical help.”
The State Services also launched a function to generate certificates based on medical contraindications for vaccination against COVID-19. Information about the presence of contraindications is also transferred from the relevant register of the Ministry of Health, and the certificate, depending on the type of medical tap, is valid either for 30 days or indefinitely.
