The rules

There are rules to follow to buy safely from every point of view. In addition to the classic indications on prices, discount percentage, changes and tags, new ones have arrived with the pandemic. It is no longer mandatory to wear a mask in stores nor in the dressing rooms to try on clothes, but hand disinfection is recommended.

The garments can be tried on and they must be from the current season. They must be accepted all types of payment. The shopkeeper must indicate the normal selling price, the discount and the final price.

During the sales there must be the possibility of change the garment after you have purchased it. The choice is at the merchant’s discretion, unless the product is damaged or non-compliant. If so, there is an obligation for the retailer to repair or replace or, alternatively, to reduce or refund the price paid. The defect must be reported within two months.
