In the capital of Latvia, Riga, eyewitnesses noticed a strange picture – a training car was driving along the road, in which an instructor in a scuba diver’s mask was sitting next to the student driver with two breathing tubes brought out. The photo of the car was posted on social networks and it quickly went viral.
At the same time, the driver himself decided to use a regular mask to protect against coronavirus.
Earlier in Latvia, it was allowed to teach future drivers practical driving skills, provided that both people in the car are wearing masks, and the car itself is ventilated and disinfected.
- In April 2020, Uklon said it would “disable” drivers who do not adhere to safety measures.
