Shares of Kia Motors Corp soared 14.5% after local media reported that Apple could potentially be investing $3.6 billion in the automaker to enter into the electric vehicles industry. The deal could be signed by February 17 and is expected to start production from 2024 at Kia’s Georgia facility.
