Taylor Swift fans have until Monday morning to request a refund for the postponed concert in RJ

Time For Fun (T4F), the company responsible for Taylor Swift’s shows in Brazil, announced the refund policy for the performance postponed from Saturday (18) to Monday (20), in Rio de Janeiro.

Fans who opt for a refund must complete this form until 6am on Monday. It has been open since 11:59 pm on Saturday, according to the producer. When filling out the form, the ticket will be automatically cancelled.

Reimbursement will be made according to the channel and payment method used for the purchase, informed T4F. For reimbursement of in-person purchases, accounts of the following types: salary, business, legal, savings, joint and university will not be accepted.

According to the company, the refund will occur within 30 business days after correctly filling out and sending the form.

Fans who decide to go to the show on the new date don’t need to do anything, Friday’s ticket will be valid on Monday.

Two hours before the start of the 2nd day of the Eras Tour in Brazil, the singer released a statement informing the decision to postpone the show from Saturday (18) to Monday (20) due to the extreme temperatures in Rio.

“The safety and well-being of my fans, my castmates and crew is and will always come first,” he wrote.

On Friday (17), a fan died at the event. Ana Clara Benevides, 23 years old, suffered a cardiorespiratory arrest inside the Nilton Santos Stadium, Engenhão.

In total, the singer will perform six shows in Brazil, three in Rio de Janeiro, this weekend, and three in São Paulo, on the 24th, 25th and 26th of November.
