The 16-year-old teenager who killed his father, Isac Tavares dos Santos, 57, and his mother, Solange Aparecida Gomes, 50, both adopted, as well as his sister who was the same age, last Friday (17), in the neighborhood of Vila Jaguara, West Zone of São Paulo, said he had planned the murders the night before the events .
During his statement to the police, the offender explained step by step how he ended with the death of family members . To the police, he said he had no regrets and that if he could, he would do it all again. Sources linked to the investigation said that the young man was “cold” when telling details of the case.
According to the statement, the teenager had a disagreement with his parents on Thursday night (16). During the argument, his parents allegedly called him a bum and, as punishment, took away his cell phone. The offender said that, due to the punishment, he was unable to use the device to give a presentation at school.
The next day, the young man waited for his father, a municipal guard who worked as an agent in the forestry detachment in the city of Jundiaí, leave the house to pick up your daughter from school . He said that he already knew where his father hid the weapon, a 9 mm pistol, belonging to the corporation where his father worked and that He even fired a test shot at the mattress of the double bed in his parents' bedroom.
Deaths, gym and food
At around 1:23 pm, municipal guard Isac Tavares Santos had just arrived home after picking up his daughter from school. When he went to the kitchen and stood with his back to the sink, he was surprised by a fatal gunshot to the back of the head.
The teenager's sister, who was upstairs in the house, reportedly asked what the noise was. The young man said that, at that moment, he fired another shot, which hit his sister in the face, who died at the scene.
According to the testimony, after the first two deaths, the young man had lunch in the kitchen where his father's body was. Afterwards, he went to the gym and returned home before his mother arrived.
With his mother's death already planned, the teenager hid the gun in the living room sofa and waited for her to get home. When Solange arrived, around 7pm, the teenager opened the gate so she could park the car in the garage.
The woman then crossed the living room and entered the kitchen, when she came across her husband's body. At that moment, the teenager fired another fatal shot, killing his mother.
In his statement, the offender did not say where he slept on the night of the deaths. He said that the next day (Saturday, May 18) he went to the kitchen and that, because he was very angry, he stabbed his mother's body twice. The object went through the body and hit the father's corpse.
After the stabbings, the teenager said he followed his gym and eating routine. Only on Sunday night, two days after the deaths, did the teenager call the police. It was almost eleven at night when he called 190 and said he had killed his family and wanted to turn himself in.
At the scene, the police found the bodies already in a state of decomposition and the murder weapon on the table in the room. The teenager was apprehended and taken to the police station.
This Monday (20), the police transferred the offender to Fundação Casa. The investigation is trying to find out whether the teenager acted alone.
