Tesla has released a video showing a prototype Tesla Semi electric truck on a test track.
In February, the first Tesla Semi electric truck was filmed on a public road in California, near the Fremont plant. However, during this and other public appearances of the Tesla Semi, the truck did not move on its own.

Now Tesla has shown for the first time how the Tesla Semi moves on the road on its own.
Tesla Semi production was supposed to begin in 2020, but later the release date was postponed to 2021.
