The 5 questions asked in every home away from home

If you are out of office you will surely have heard these 5 phrases, otherwise you will have pronounced them:

1. “Who calls the landlord?”

In the homes of non-resident there is always something broken or that in any case does not work as it should. The leaking tap, the oven that does not turn on, the radiators that do not heat or the freezer that does not cool. And in these cases, what do you do? The landlord is called to explain the situation to him and beg him (yes, you have to beg him, despite the rent money he pockets every month) to solve. Obviously none of the roommates are willing to deal with this phone call, but someone is up to it.

2. “Shall we prepare a dessert?”

In moments of boredom, in those of sadness, or when you are looking for any way to postpone the study, the solution is always and only one: put on an apron and prepare a dessert. In every home away from home, there is always someone who proposes it on a regular basis; and of course there is never anyone to back down. Also inevitable is the roommate who does not move a finger but does not refrain from eating a generous slice of cake.
