A few minutes from the sea? Forget about this saying: the Blue View Capri is really one minute walk from the beach, just 50 meters from Marina Grande and 700 from Bagni di Tiberio beach. Furnished in shades of blue, upon entering this house, one immediately feels lighter and more carefree. Especially looking out the window or going to sit on the terrace for an aperitif, for breakfast or just to read a few pages of a book. The house is located in a wonderful position in Capri, perfect for enjoying privacy, but convenient for reaching the famous Piazzetta (less than 3 km) and the House of Axel Munthe. Irresistible: only with this adjective can we describe the charm of Favignana, one of the Egadi islands. The terraces of the house of this b & b overlook the splendid Cala Rossa and its a series of small gulfs from which the sun rises or sets with beautiful spectacles. And the wake up call and good night are given by the relaxing sound of the waves. The outdoor gazebo is a living room suspended over the sea and the outdoor kitchen allows you to live outdoors comfortably. L’entry into the sea it is located a few meters away: an ancient slide for boats dug into the tuff facilitates entry into the blue waters of the Mediterranean. The house on the shore is a b & b that overlooks the sea and is located in an elegant building palace of the twenties. Two steps are enough to dive into the sea! Just renovated, it is located not only in a splendid position for “sea life”, but also central to reach the premises of the center of Alassio. Only two steps separate it from the famous beach. The house has two bedrooms, for a total of four beds, and two bathrooms. From the kitchen, through the second entrance, you enter the beach. The Leudo – Paraggi, Liguria
Just leave the room, cross the street and you are at the sea. The Leudo Apartments is located on Paraggi beach, famous for its turquoise water and green shades, surrounded by a very rich Mediterranean scrub vegetation. Paraggi is located almost halfway between Santa Margherita and Portofino, where there are many clubs and restaurants. For those who love the “wilder” sea, walking towards Portofino will find small coves, where the water, if possible, is even more blue.
