The facilities of the Parnassos Ski Center for visitors open on Monday, December 13th, while in the following days, according to the meteorological forecasts, the gradual opening of the slopes for the skiers will follow in order to enjoy their favorite sport again.
Specifically, from tomorrow all the friends of the mountain will be able to visit our renovated Chalets and enjoy their walk in the beautiful natural landscape of Parnassos, observing the sanitary protocols that apply in restaurants, indoors and outdoors, but also for use of the lifts, according to the recent Operation Protocol of the Ski Centers (10/12/21).
In particular, all visitors can enjoy the outdoor areas of the Ski Center, while for the indoor areas of the Chalets only visitors with a certificate of vaccination or disease are allowed to enter and for the unvaccinated with a negative PCR -RAPID test. In open spaces it is mandatory to use the mask where there is coloration.
As part of its strategy for the upgrade of the Parnassos Ski Center, this year’s ski season the Public Real Estate Company (ETAD) SA, as the management company of the Center, is pleased to offer to all citizens, visitors and skiers, a new experience with the Parnassos Ski Center starring as a modern winter tourist destination.
In particular, ETAD throughout the previous period proceeded with its own resources to implement a series of targeted interventions and projects, such as the restoration of the Chapel Fterolakas and selected parts of the Chalet Cellar 1950, the renovation of all sanitary facilities according to modern standards, the creation special ramps to ensure full accessibility of the ski resort infrastructure for people with disabilities, the creation of equipped areas for skiing lessons and the operation of shops that will offer the possibility of renting modern equipment for new ski resorts, the creation of a new, modern and corporate for the Parnassos Ski Center and the operation of modern digital electronic trading systems (web-ticketing) with the aim of security in the pandemic era, comfort and friendly digital services to the visitor.
All the above interventions will be accompanied from this year with the operation of high quality dining areas (food and beverage) that will combine the holistic experience of a modern winter destination, in the context of both daily stay in renovated areas and skiing on slopes with improved geometric features.
