The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs announced the dates for submitting declarations to the Information System “ERGANI” for companies of culture, employees in companies of the fire-affected areas of North Evia and employees of companies in earthquake-stricken areas of Crete.
Specifically, the following were announced:
1. Submission of declarations by cultural enterprises for the inclusion in the financial support of the year 2021
From Friday 26/11/2021, the companies of theaters, music stages, dance theaters, concert halls and performance halls, cinemas and distributors of films in cinemas, can submit applications for the financial support of article 70 of law 4745/2020, which has the form of financial coverage of spectator / ticket seats for the year 2021 on the special platform stirizoumetonpolitismo.services.gov.gr, which is kept at the PS. “INSTRUMENTS”, according to the detailed instructions posted on it.
2. Submission of declarations of suspension of employment contracts of employees of companies in areas of North Evia that were affected by the fires for the month of November 2021
The P.S. “ERGANI” will be available from 7/12/2021 until 10/12/2021 for the submission of declarations of suspension of employment contracts of part or all of the employees, (who had been hired until 2 August 2021), by companies-employers , based on Activity Code Number (KAD), located or have a branch in areas affected by the fires and belonging to the administrative boundaries of the municipalities of Istiaia-Edipsos and Mantoudi-Lake Agia Anna of the regional unit of Evia for the period from 3 and November 30, 2021.
In the suspension declaration form they select the relevant SPECIAL CASE.
3. Submission of unilateral declarations by employees whose employment contract has been terminated in the fire-affected areas
The P.S. “ERGANI” will be available from 30/11/2021 to 9/12/2021 for the submission of unilateral statements by employees in companies in the above fire-affected areas, whose employment contract was terminated by termination during the period from 3 August 2021 to and 13 August 2021.
The above become beneficiaries of extraordinary financial assistance, as special purpose compensation, from the date of termination of their employment relationship and for a period not exceeding three months. The relevant application-responsible statement is submitted monthly reports on the electronic platform of the special mechanism for supporting employees (supportemployees.services.gov.gr) of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, without requiring a responsible employer statement.
4. Submission of applications for suspension of employment contracts of employees from companies affected by the earthquake in the Region of Crete
Finally, the P.S. “ERGANI” will be available for the submission of declarations of suspension of employment contracts of part or all of the employees, (who were hired until September 26, 2021), by companies-employers, regardless of industry and business activity, in areas of the Region of Crete was hit by the earthquake of 27.9.2021 and suffered material damage, as evidenced by the Re-inspection Bulletin, by which the building has been deemed dangerous for use or temporarily unsuitable for use or by the Rapid Autopsy Bulletin, by which the building has been judged not habitable or by the Autopsy Protocol of the Dangerously Destroyed Building of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, within the following deadlines:
Period of suspension of contracts: 27-30 September 2021 – Deadlines for submission of declarations: 29/11/2021 until 1/12/2021
Period of suspension of contracts: 1-31 October 2021 – Deadlines for submission of declarations: 2/12/2021 until 6/12/2021
Period of suspension of contracts: 1-30 November 2021 – Deadlines for submission of declarations: 7/12/2021 until 10/12/2021

Finally, it is clarified that for the submission of unilateral statements by employees in companies in the above areas, whose employment contract has been terminated by termination, a new announcement will follow.
