Most of them – 23.3 million – voted for the main parties and formations of this election. Marine Le Pen’s far-right won the most votes. Specifically, the National Rally got 10 million votes, 7 million were the votes in favor of the Left bloc and 6.3 million in favor of the political alliance of President Emmanuel Macron. The votes are not reflected in seats in the new National Assembly, where the Left Front came first, Macron’s centrist bloc second and far-right Le Pen third, as noted in ERT.
